Pretty good for hiring reach. I like that our job posts get in front of a lot of people, but the matching results can feel a bit broad.

Good reach for hard to fill roles. I ran a posting for a logistics coordinator and the response came from a wide mix of backgrounds, which made screening interesting. The search and alerts made it simple for me to keep an eye on new candidates without babysitting it. I did have to tighten the wording after the first day because some applicants were slightly outside the scope. Once I adjusted it, the incoming applications felt more aligned. Overall I trust it when I need more eyes on a listing.
