Really helpful for getting applicants in front of us. I posted a couple openings for driver and shop roles and the reach felt broad without me having to hunt around different sites. The matching suggestions were usually close, but I still had to filter out a few not-quite-right resumes. I like that I can keep everything in one place while I review and message. My only nit is that some job titles pull in adjacent roles I was not trying to fill.

Good reach for hard to fill roles. I ran a posting for a logistics coordinator and the response came from a wide mix of backgrounds, which made screening interesting. The search and alerts made it simple for me to keep an eye on new candidates without babysitting it. I did have to tighten the wording after the first day because some applicants were slightly outside the scope. Once I adjusted it, the incoming applications felt more aligned. Overall I trust it when I need more eyes on a listing.
