They didn't just hand us a ticket - there were daily check-ins, clear timelines, and a usable temporary workaround that kept dispatch moving. I'm holding back one star because the documentation around that flow was pretty thin and a couple of small UI quirks in the order screen slowed folks down. Still, the responsiveness and follow-through from support made the transition manageable and gave our team the confidence to keep scaling.
