Jeanie Boehm's review of Infios
What I liked most was the single dispatch view - finally warehousing, TMS and order info in one screen so I stopped copy-pasting between apps. I ran two separate systems and a giant spreadsheet before, which meant double entries and missed pickups; Infios cut back on those phone calls with shippers and deliveries actually became more predictable for me. Only gripe is the mobile can lag and drivers took a few days to get comfy, but it's definately a big step up from what I used before.
