What impressed me most was the single execution engine - it eliminated the scheduling disconnects that used to force manual reconciliation between warehouse holds and driver assignments. We had been running separate WMS and TMS tools and spent half our mornings on phone calls; with Infios those hand-offs are handled inside one flow and dispatchers finally have time to optimize routes.
