Mostly smooth paperwork, but a bit unclear. I got my BOC-3 handled without much hassle, though I still had questions on the renewal timing.

Super happy with the renewal reminders. I was worried about missing a compliance renewal and they kept me on track with what they needed from me. Small gripe, the wording in their emails can be a little stiff.
