Good experience with permits and registrations. I focused on getting state and federal items lined up, and they kept the requests for info clear and minimal. When I asked a technical question about compliance timing, the answer was precise and easy to follow. I did have to wait a bit for one response during a busy day. Overall, I felt supported through the paperwork side.
