Solid safety program support. I needed something I could actually follow, and their guidance kept it simple without feeling watered down. I appreciated that they focused on what DOT expects, not random advice. When I asked a couple questions, they answered in a way I could pass along to my drivers. The pacing was fine, but the paperwork language can still feel heavy sometimes.
