They got everything handled but communication could've been better in the middle of the process. There were a few days where I wasn't sure if we were waiting on the state, FMCSA or something from me. I ended up calling to find out. Once I got somebody on the phone they explained it and everything was fine. I'd just like more updates without having to ask.

I tried doing the FMCSA stuff myself first. Bad idea lol. Called QuickStart after getting confused about what I had already filed and what was still missing. They went through everything with me and got me back on track. Should've just called them first.
Good experience overall. My LLC took longer than I expected but that was apparently the state processing time, not QuickStart. Would've liked more updates while I was waiting because I kept thinking something was wrong. Once it came through they moved on the rest pretty quick.
