...until it froze an hour before a load pickup, and that left me juggling calls and paper. With two trucks in the Southeast it's handy when the tracking actually updates and invoices clear fast, but those random outages make me hesitate to lean on it completely.
Last month, when a flash storm shut down I‑84 and we had to reassign 18 loads on the fly, I rebuilt the day's plan in under 40 minutes using Trimble's drag‑and‑drop load planner - it stopped what would have been a domino of missed deliveries. With 100 trucks and two decades in the business, that planner is the thing I rely on most; my only gripe is occasional map lag when traffic layers are on.
