Last December one of our drivers sat waiting at a customer dock for nearly four hours because the receiver’s ETA shifted and our dispatcher never got the update. Before Transporeon we ran everything off spreadsheets and endless phone calls; those blind spots were regular and expensive. What made me happiest was the live visibility - seeing updated ETAs and yard status in real time let me reroute a pickup that same morning and avoid another multi-hour wait. I manage about 20 trucks in the Northeast and after three years in this job the day-to-day feels a lot less frantic since we switched. It isn’t perfect - the mobile app can be clunky at times - but the drop in idle time is tangible, so I’m giving it a solid 4/5.
