Push notifications for ETA and load changes hit my phone the moment something shifts, and with two trucks and fourteen years on the road in the Southwest that instant heads-up saves me actual hours and headaches.
Midwest hauler with 120 trucks and a quarter-century in the business - we needed to stop bleeding cash on disputed freight bills. We paid a mid-five-figure annual fee to get Transporeon’s platform and the freight audit module was the main reason we signed up. That audit tool alone flagged recurring overcharges and recovered enough in year one to cover the subscription, which was the single thing that made me happy. The dock and yard features were handy but pushed the final bill higher than I expected, and onboarding took longer than sales promised. All told it’s worth the money for cleaner invoicing and real savings, but not cheap - four stars because the price creep and rollout friction are real.
