Fraud protection felt inconsistent for us. I had a couple transactions that looked off and I expected tighter blocking based on the controls we set. When I dug into the transaction details, the data was there, but the flags did not trigger the way I assumed they would. The process to sort out what happened was more manual than I wanted. If you are picky about edge cases, you will probably get annoyed.
Mostly frustrating to use day to day. I tried to set spending limits, but the controls were confusing and I was never sure what would actually go thru at the pump. The reporting also felt hard to read for me, so I could not trust what I was seeing.
Spending controls are well thought out. I set up restrictions for fuel-only purchases and it keeps things from drifting into non-fuel charges. The controls are granular enough that I can adjust by driver without making a mess. It took some trial and error to get the limits exactly right. Once set, I do not touch it much.
Analytics are useful but somewhat dense. I can see patterns in our fuel spend, and I appreciate having the information in one place. However, I find the views take time to interpret, so we do not check them as often as we should.
