Really helpful for budgeting fuel spend. I can pull transaction reports that show exactly what was bought and where, and that makes it easier to review patterns. The spending controls are flexible enough for different drivers without being confusing. I also like having the rebate info in one place, even if it takes a bit to get familiar with the numbers. My only gripe is the analytics can feel a little dense at first.
Mostly frustrating to use day to day. I tried to set spending limits, but the controls were confusing and I was never sure what would actually go thru at the pump. The reporting also felt hard to read for me, so I could not trust what I was seeing.
Spending controls are well thought out. I set up restrictions for fuel-only purchases and it keeps things from drifting into non-fuel charges. The controls are granular enough that I can adjust by driver without making a mess. It took some trial and error to get the limits exactly right. Once set, I do not touch it much.
Analytics are useful but somewhat dense. I can see patterns in our fuel spend, and I appreciate having the information in one place. However, I find the views take time to interpret, so we do not check them as often as we should.
