Frustrating controls that do not feel consistent. We set spending limits, but I have seen transactions go through that I thought should have been blocked. The reporting later shows it clearly, which is nice, but it does not fix the moment at the pump. I also find the rules a bit confusing when you are trying to adjust them quickly. I want to trust it more than I do right now.

Fairly reliable at the pump. I like the fraud controls, but the transaction details can feel a little overwhelming.
