Elyssa Klein's review of Carrier 360

Decent for booking, clunky for details. I can usually find a load and commit to it without much trouble, and the flow makes sense after a few tries. Where it frustrates me is managing shipment info, because some pages feel slow or buried. Uploading paperwork works, but I have to double check that it actually went through. It is usable day to day, just not as smooth as I expected.
