Pretty frustrating when submitting documents. I uploaded the paperwork and it did not feel clear if it actually went through. Then I had to go back in and recheck the shipment to confirm it was there. The screens look fine, but the confirmation part is weak. I do not want to guess if my documents were received.
It is okay, not amazing. I like being able to see shipment details, but I keep mising where to click when I need to update a stop. I am probly just not used to it yet.
Booking loads is pleasantly simple. I can see what is available and commit to it without feeling lost in menus. I do wish the text was larger, but I can work with it.
Document submission is more difficult than it should be. I attempted to upload paperwork and was not confident it actually submitted correctly. The process lacks clear confirmation for someone not comfortable with technology.
