Solid app notifications and updates. I like that I can push status updates from my phone without hunting for the right contact. The screens are laid out logically and the data usually matches what I was told on the phone. My only gripe is the sign in flow can be picky if your password rules are not just right.
Pretty easy to keep up with loads. I like that everything stays in one place when I’m working their freight, and I can check the shipment details without hunting around. The app feels a little busy at first, but I got used to it.
Not impressed with load search results. I can see freight, but the filtering feels limited and I end up scrolling more than I want. A few times the details view loaded slowly on my connection. It is fine for occasional use, just not smooth when I am trying to compare options quickly. I expected a tighter experience for a broker only dashboard.
