Easy paperwork flow, mostly. I can upload documents right after delivery, and it keeps things from getting scattered across emails. I also like seeing the shipment info in one place when I am checking what is needed. Sometimes the wording on a few fields feels a little unclear, so I double check before sending. Still, it has been reliable for my weekly routine.
Pretty easy to keep up with loads. I like that everything stays in one place when I’m working their freight, and I can check the shipment details without hunting around. The app feels a little busy at first, but I got used to it.
Not impressed with load search results. I can see freight, but the filtering feels limited and I end up scrolling more than I want. A few times the details view loaded slowly on my connection. It is fine for occasional use, just not smooth when I am trying to compare options quickly. I expected a tighter experience for a broker only dashboard.
