Communication is decent, with one small annoyance. I can message about a load in the same place I manage it, which I prefer. Replies show up, but the conversation view feels a bit cramped on my screen. Still, it keeps the back and forth tied to the right shipment. I do not have to guess which load a note belongs to.
Super clean for booking TQL freight. I like that I can accept a load and immediately see the shipment info and documents without bouncing around. It’s closed to their network, which is fine, but I only wish it had a few more filters when I’m browsing.
This portal has been frustrating to rely on. I keep running into situations where I need to message someone, but the back and forth inside the dashboard feels clunky. I can never tell if my note actually went through or if it is just sitting there. When it is busy, I end up second guessing what was sent. I do not mind using tech, but this part needs to be clearer.
