Solid for keeping all load paperwork together. I can pull the rate confirmation and related documents without digging through emails. The layout is consistent once you learn where things live. I do wish the messaging thread showed more context on older notes. Overall it feels built for execution, not browsing around.
Super clean for booking TQL freight. I like that I can accept a load and immediately see the shipment info and documents without bouncing around. It’s closed to their network, which is fine, but I only wish it had a few more filters when I’m browsing.
This portal has been frustrating to rely on. I keep running into situations where I need to message someone, but the back and forth inside the dashboard feels clunky. I can never tell if my note actually went through or if it is just sitting there. When it is busy, I end up second guessing what was sent. I do not mind using tech, but this part needs to be clearer.
