Adequate support, with minor gaps. I contacted support with a basic question about how the load information is shown, and I received an answer. However, the explanation was not very clear to me, so I remained uncertain.
Too many mismatched results. I set my route preferences and still saw loads that did not fit.
Unacceptable clarity on load postings. I attempted to review a posting and could not confidently determine the details. The layout felt confusing, and I do not want to guess. It was not a good experince.
Good filters for my equipment. I can quickly narrow it down to what I actually haul and stop scrolling past stuff I can’t use. I wish the rate filter was a bit less touchy, but it’s still better than most.
