Not my favorite thing to deal with. I tried booking and it kept feeling clunky, like I had to tap around too much to find what I needed. I also got frustrated figuring out where the performance tracking was showing up.
Very dependable for consistent freight. I like how the load booking is straightforward and the route details are laid out clearly. We can keep track of our active work without guessing what is next. The rate transparency is also nice because I know what I am accepting upfront. My one nit is that the performance tracking can make you feel like you are always being graded. Overall, I am happy using it for Amazon freight.
Good for keeping the week filled. I like seeing what is available and booking without a bunch of back and forth. Sometimes I wish the dispatch planning view was a little easier to read.
