Really frustrating carrier connection issues. I kept getting stuck trying to link up and it would not go through.

Solid delivery visibility overall. We can monitor shipments from pickup to drop-off, though the layout takes some getting used to.

Nice automation on routine steps. I set it up once and it stays consistent for how we run loads.
