I found OptimoRoute's real-time updates unreliable, reroutes would come late or not at all and that cost me extra drive time and missed delievery windows. Driver assignment also mixed up jobs and support responses were slow, leaving me with a lot of frustation.

OptimoRoute's real-time route updates and driver assignment work well for my runs. Dispatch can change stops and drivers get the new plan quickly, which cuts down on empty miles and late arrivals. The mobile app can lag sometimes and the interface could be cleaner, but it gets the job done.
