What I liked most was that I had the basics up and running in an afternoon - profiles, a truck, and my first route imported without wrestling with weird file formats. After nine years on the road running three trucks in the Southeast I braced for a long setup, but the step-by-step wizard and sensible defaults cut that down to a couple hours. Support even answered a quirky EDI mapping question within a day, so I felt confident to go live right away.

Bottom line: pricey upfront but absolutely worth it for the fuel savings I actually saw. We run Southeast lanes and after a quarter the route consolidation trimmed deadhead by about 30%, which paid for the subscription and then some - happy with the spend.
