I've used Truck Dispatch 360 for seven months. Getting started was surprisingly straightforward: one call, they pulled together carrier packets, set up our ELD provider feed and matched us with a dedicated dispatcher within a week. What made me happiest was the dispatcher actually learned our lane preferences and refused loads that didn't fit, which cut down driver calls overnight. The only gripe is their initial rate confirmation templates felt a bit generic and needed tweaks to reflect our target numbers. For a 100-truck operation with seven years in the Pacific Northwest, that quick hookup and consistent communication let our admin focus on other headaches.
