Emory Rolfson's review of MaxTruckers
After juggling a patchwork of broker calls for years, I tried MaxTruckers to fill a gap in my weekly lanes. I run about 85 trucks and have been doing this for sixteen years, so onboarding friction shows up fast. Signing up was quick - basic info and a few clicks - but getting verified was a pain: I uploaded insurance and authority docs and waited nearly three business days for approval while loads slipped away. Once cleared, the search interface was fine and I found a couple of decent lanes, yet posting our trucks felt sluggish and the truck-post form kept losing the equipment type; that was maddening when you have dispatchers on the clock. It's useful enough to keep around, but those early verification delays and the glitchy posting process keep it from being a reliable first stop.
