Larissa Lemke's review of MercuryGate
After nearly two decades managing a 50-truck fleet across the Northeast, I finally pulled the trigger on MercuryGate. The upfront licensing and onboarding felt steep - our first-year spend was definitely higher than I expected - so I watched every dashboard with a skeptical eye. What sold me was the rate and route optimization: within three months deadhead dropped about 12–15% and our monthly contracted lane spend fell by roughly $6K, which started to justify the sticker shock. It’s not perfect - carrier setup took longer than their sales pitch suggested - but that reduction in empty miles made the price feel worth it. If your team can tune the rules and stomach the initial cost, the payback can come faster than you think.
