After eight years handling dispatch and finances for a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest, I finally signed us up for Rose Rocket. The sticker price stung at first - subscription plus onboarding was more than I expected - but the automated billing paid for itself fast. One concrete win: billing errors dropped from about 6% to closer to 1–2%, and that cut the chase on unpaid invoices dramatically. It isn’t flawless (onboarding dragged longer than promised), yet if you’re counting saved overtime and quicker collections, it balanced out within six months. Worth the sticker shock, especially if slower AR is your current headache.
