During a week of severe storms a driver lost service for hours, yet the mobile app let him capture proof-of-delivery photos and log arrival times offline; everything synced automatically once signal returned. That offline queuing and automatic sync is the single feature that made me happiest - it's cut our paperwork lag to near zero and stopped the usual cascade of driver-to-dispatch calls.
