Bottom line: not worth the cost - the subscription devoured margin without delivering the promised payoff. We signed up expecting faster dispatch and fewer headaches, but steep per-user fees plus an unexpected implementation charge ballooned our first quarter bill. Support was painfully slow and they even billed for customization time, which added several thousand dollars to the tab.
