Bottom line: We couldn't rely on Rose Rocket when it mattered. During our busiest week the platform dropped dispatch notifications and stopped updating trailer locations during two outages totaling about eight hours; drivers sat idle while customers called asking where their freight was. Because load statuses never refreshed and billing batches froze, we missed a lane and ended up paying thousands in detention and overtime to make customers whole. Support response was painfully slow - tickets just looped with vague "investigating" messages, so we fell back to spreadsheets and phone trees to keep things moving. After 18 years running a 50-truck operation in the Northeast, reliability is everything, and this was an expensive, stressful failure.
