What sold me was the app's offline editing - drivers can update load details in the Cascades where cell drops are common, and everything syncs when they hit a signal. I've been managing 85 trucks for 16 years in the Pacific Northwest, and that single feature cut down our 'lost status' headaches more than any other tool we've tried. The UI is plain and quick - changing a status or snapping a BOL takes two taps, which my drivers actually use instead of handwriting notes. A few rough edges remain: some forms still reload slowly on older phones and push notifications can be delayed, which is why I dock it one star. Still, for day-to-day dispatching in remote lanes, the app saved hours every week and kept our billing moving faster.
