Twenty years on the West Coast with my own truck, I moved to Tailwind last year after years of juggling spreadsheets and an ancient dispatch desktop app. The dispatch board is a lot cleaner and assigning loads is quicker, which I appreciate, but the billing/settlement flow still feels clunky compared to how I had QuickBooks set up - I end up doing manual tweaks. The mobile app keeps drivers in sync most of the time, though I hit occasional lag that throws off timing.
