Reliability is the main thing that kept me from fully trusting Tailwind. The dispatch board will freeze a couple times a week during morning load-outs, GPS pings sometimes show up 15–30 minutes late, and we've had billing batches fail to post right before payroll - maddening when you’ve got trucks to pay. When it actually runs, the centralized dashboard cuts down on phone tag and document scanning is genuinely useful. I manage about 120 trucks in the Midwest and after 25 years in the business, downtime costs us real money, so those intermittent outages are a hard sell. Support usually sorts it out eventually, but not quick enough on the busiest days; like it, but can’t fully trust it yet.
