The live maps would freeze or show trucks parked when they were barreling down the highway; maintenance reminders vanished too, so one rig missed service and sat idle for a week. Support was slow and pushed firmware updates that made things worse instead of fixing anything. Won’t rely on this for time-sensitive runs again.
