What I liked most was that the tracking actually worked when I needed it - no phantom locations during last winter’s blizzard. Only gripe is the diagnostics screen can be slow to load sometimes, but the reliable location updates earn it four stars.

I've used Teletrac Navman for about nine years. That diagnostic ping saved us a lot of headache - exactly the kind of thing that makes me trust the system.
