It actually pinged a stolen trailer and we got it back within an hour - that alone made me grateful. But then the next month the tracker kept dropping off in the middle of routes and support took two days to get back to me, which was rough when I’m dispatching 30 trucks on the West Coast and only a year into this job. So yeah, saved my bacon once, caused headaches after; three stars for a tool that can be a lifesaver but leaves you hanging sometimes.

Getting started was painless - the plug-and-play trackers took under ten minutes per truck and the onboarding rep actually jumped on a quick call to tailor alerts, which saved me headaches since I run three trucks on the West Coast and don't have time for fiddly installs.
