...the install process surprised me - not in a flashy way, but in that it just worked. Their batch-provisioning tool plus a tech who pre-paired the devices cut our setup time in half; with 85 trucks and 16 years of putting out IT fires, seeing 12 pilot units live by lunchtime was downright satisfying. The dashboard asked only a few basic questions and pulled VINs from a spreadsheet without me babysitting it. One thing that really made me happy: the rep set up driver groups and alerts before the boxes arrived, so we skipped the usual chaos. Easy start, and it let us focus on real problems instead of wrestling with hardware.
