The maintenance reminders are what really won me over with GPS Insight. They trigger from odometer and engine-hour thresholds we set, push service orders to our shop, and even ping drivers the night before. Simple feature, huge impact - it stopped the cascade of missed oil changes that used to turn into days of downtime. After twenty-five years managing 120 trucks across the Midwest, having that lead time to schedule work has been a relief; emergency repairs have dropped and uptime is noticeably better. No fluff, just fewer breakdowns, and for me that's worth the five stars.
