Larissa Lemke's review of Teletrac Navman
Fifty trucks across the Northeast keep me busy; after 18 years in the job I expected a quicker setup with Teletrac Navman. The hardware arrived promptly and the installers we hired had the devices clamped in and reporting GPS within a day, which was a real relief. But the platform's initial configuration was messy - the dashboard options are plentiful but poorly explained, and I spent more time hunting down where to set geofence alerts than I did mounting units on the trucks. Customer support was helpful on calls, though ticket responses could be slow, so there's a tug-of-war between competent people and a clumsy first-run experience. By the end of week two things were usable and fuel reports started to make sense, yet that shaky first impression means I can't call it an easy start even though it eventually worked.
