I've used Teletrac Navman for three years. Compared to our previous vendor, the maintenance reminders are a night-and-day difference - no more missed oil changes that used to knock a truck out for a week. Managing 20 trucks in the Northeast, that single change cut down emergency repairs and saved me paperwork time because service history is actually easy to pull up now. The GPS tracking is fine, but I didn't switch for that; it was the proactive service alerts that finally matched how our shop runs. Not perfect - alerts can be chatty sometimes and the interface takes a minute to get used to - but for reducing downtime it's been worth it.
