Morton O'Reilly's review of Verizon Connect

Bottom line: Verizon Connect’s alert system cost us real money. We either got no notification or a barrage of identical alerts for the same engine fault, and by the time a useful message arrived one truck had seized on a delivery run. I manage a 20-truck service fleet in the Northeast and missing a scheduled maintenance alert meant an overnight tow, emergency parts, and two days of lost revenue while we scrambled. The UI makes creating sensible thresholds awkward, and the live behavior is unreliable - silence when you need it, noise when you don’t. Support took days to escalate and then blamed our configuration; we chose not to renew because that single feature failed when it mattered most.
