Adella Labadie's review of Locus
I've used Locus for three months. Getting started was a nightmare - the address import and geocoding kept dropping stops and the API docs had gaps, so our TMS wouldn't sync cleanly and nothing matched what drivers saw on the app. We spent two full weeks correcting routes by hand, which translated to roughly 40 extra driver hours and about $1,200 in overtime; that hit our small Midwest fleet harder than expected. Support eventually answered but only after multiple tickets and screen-shares, and their fixes felt like band-aids - we still see hiccups when a carrier updates status. If your goal is a quick rollout, plan on patience, extra manual labor, and a realistic contingency budget.
