Morton O'Reilly's review of Locus
...the price tag gave me a pause at first. But after six months the one thing that really paid for itself was the ETA accuracy - drivers get live reroutes and customers stopped calling every hour. It cut idle time around deliveries and trimmed deadhead miles, so fuel and labor costs dropped in a way that showed up on the monthly P&L. With a 20-truck fleet in the Northeast and only three years running this operation, I can see where the monthly fee makes sense if you value fewer phone calls and less overtime. Not cheap, but worth it for that single feature; I gave it a 4 because onboarding was bumpy and I wish alerts were more configurable.
