Bottom line: Bringg's mobile app cut our driver-check calls in half. The single thing that sold me is the live GPS - it's unusually accurate in tight port areas and the ETA drift is small, so customer service stops pinging dispatch every ten minutes. Drivers like the quick photo proof-of-delivery flow; uploading a timestamped image takes two taps and it's on the back office in seconds. With 75 trucks across the Pacific Northwest and eight years of juggling late drops, that little speed bump of visibility makes a huge difference. Small gripe: maps can lag when cell service drops and the app sometimes reloads, but it hasn't caused missed deliveries.
