The morning two vans were routed to the same drop and no one knew which had the package, I realized we needed real-time visibility immediately. Onboarding with Bringg surprised me: their implementation team pushed our carrier integrations live in under a week, and having every carrier appear on one map was the single thing that actually eased my stress. In twenty years on Midwestern routes and overseeing forty trucks I’ve seen plenty of clumsy rollouts; that said, tweaking status labels and customizing proof-of-delivery fields took more engineering time than I expected. The dashboard becomes easy to use once those kinks are worked out, and live tracking cut down our phone calls overnight. Four stars - getting to a smooth operation required patience, but that quick carrier hookup made it worth the effort.
