Larissa Lemke's review of Bringg
I disliked how Bringg's live tracking dropped off during a critical downtown grocery run, leaving both customers and our dispatch blind to what was actually happening. One driver got stuck in a lane closure for 45 minutes, the dashboard still showed him 'on route' and the system pushed a delivery confirmation to the customer - then the proof-of-delivery timestamps didn't match the signed receipt and a chargeback followed. I've managed a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast for 18 years, so a mismatch like that isn't just annoying; it cost us product, hours, and credibility. Support took nearly 72 hours to acknowledge a missing carrier feed and their 'fix' never reconciled the POD records, so we swallowed a $3,200 credit to keep a key account. The platform promises unified visibility, but in practice the carrier integrations and alerting failed exactly when timing mattered most.
