Bringg's live tracking was painfully unreliable compared to what we used before. On our old in-house system, ETAs were conservative and actionable; with Bringg, drivers would show as "on route" then vanish for 20–30 minutes, which killed scheduling and created cascade delays. Our admin staff - running 100 trucks and seven years in the Pacific Northwest - spent hours chasing missing proof-of-delivery photos and correcting status mismatches, and that translated directly into overtime and angry retail partners. I appreciated the idea of unified carrier visibility, but the frequent GPS jumps and delayed notifications made it worse than the simple dispatcher tool we switched from. Unless the core location accuracy and integrations are fixed, Bringg is adding cost, not saving it.
